Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged or defective product

• You receive the wrong item

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

Conditions for return:

• Product must be unused and unwashed

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind

• As our products are made-to-order, exchanges are limited

Once your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
